Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition as received with its original label intact.
It's allowed to open the package during delivery.

- Items on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable, and customers are required to cover the shipping cost for exchanges or returns.
